Delivery Policy
We aim to have all orders made and despatched within 10 working days, and we will keep you updated of your order progress by email. (If your item is required for a specific date e.g. a birthday, please get in touch and we will endeavour to deliver your jewellery in time.)
You will recieve an email confirming payment transaction as soon as we recieve your financial details, and this email will confirm that your financial information has been safely disposed of.
We will also send you a confirmation email once your jewellery has been despatched in the post.
Items to the UK are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. P&P is £5.00 per package. Shipping outside the UK can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us if this is required.
Refund/Returns Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Jessica Mary Design.
However, if you would like to return an item we will refund you, provided it is recieved within 14 days of initial despatch and in the condition in which it was recieved. Refund will be by bank transfer (if you paid by credit/debit card) or cheque (if you paid by cheque or cash). Unfortunately we can only issue a credit note if goods are recived after 14 days of despatch.

Cancellation Policy
You have a right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. If we have already despatched your goods and taken payment within 24 hours, we will refund you according to our normal Refund/Returns Policy, as above.
Repairs
Please note that this jewellery is handmade and many of the materials are of a delicate nature, so please look after your jewellery!
If your Jessica Mary Design jewellery has been damaged or broken, we will be pleased to repair it for you. There may be an extra cost incurred if additional materials are required, and this cost will depend on the repairs needed.
Privacy Policy
At Jessica Mary Design we take the privacy of your personal information very seriously.
When you order we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address in order to process and send you your order, and ensure the most efficient possible service. We may also collect a contact telephone number in order to keep you up to date on your order.
The order and payment process is done via a secure server. Credit or debit card number and expiry date will be taken only when paying via phone or email in order to use paypal virtual terminal. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Transactions are processed immediately on receipt of your financial details, and as soon as payment has been verified your details are carefully disposed of. We do not keep the financial detials of any of our customers.
The customer will recieve an email to confirm that their order has been recieved and their transaction processed. They will then recieve a second email when the goods themselves have been despatched.
All transactions that you initiate with Jessica Mary Design on this website are confidential. We do not pass your personal information on to third parties. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a duty to protect any information we collect from you at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry. It will not be disclosed to any other organisation unless you give explicit permission, or there is a legal obligation to do so. You have a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to access the personal data that we hold about you. If you would like to see a copy please contact us.
The contact information collected may on occasion be used to personally keep in touch and let you know of any offers, sales or promotions (if you have selected to receive these emails/newsletters).
