An irridescent bright blue~emerald silk pleated hat, with plume of emerald feathers scattered with cobalt blue and lots of beautifully curled peacock feathers, a combination of peacock eyes and swords.
The colour of this hat is achieved by layering a fine emerald green silk chiffon over a bright cobalt blue sandwashed silk.
